Overview
This program includes twelve one-on-one sessions, scheduled monthly to give you consistent support and accountability as you grow on your wellness journey.

You’ll also receive weekly email or text message access to your coach for ongoing encouragement and check-ins throughout the program. Your coach will thoughtfully respond to your messages each week to help you stay motivated and aligned with your goals.

Your first session will take place via telephone to provide a calm and focused experience, free from distractions. The remaining sessions will be conducted via Zoom, allowing for deeper, more personalized conversations and real-time guidance.

Each week, you’ll meet with your coach to review your progress and develop SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based) that guide your continued success.

During your sessions, you will:

  • Discuss your current challenges and areas where you’d like to improve.

  • Receive our FREE 7-Day Break-Fast Guide (valued at $19.97).

  • Learn how to blend your current habits with your new, plant-based lifestyle.

  • Review a TO-DO List to prepare your kitchen for whole-food success.

  • Develop a customized plan to strengthen your health and well-being.

Your coach recommends bringing a notebook or journal to capture ideas, reflections, and personal goals throughout your journey.

You’ll receive four meaningful homework assignments, designed to expand your knowledge and reinforce healthy habits. These assignments will be reviewed and discussed during your sessions to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Please allow up to 2 hours per day to complete your assignments and actively work toward your SMART goals.

If you prefer a slower pace or need additional flexibility, we offer extended programs that spread your sessions over a 4–12 month period—allowing you to move at a rhythm that best fits your lifestyle.

As your program concludes, you and your coach will reflect on how far you’ve come—celebrating your growth and progress together.
