🌿 What’s Included: Four Monthly Sessions

Overview
This program includes four private one-on-one sessions, designed to gently guide and support you on your path to better health. Your first session will take place over the phone to create a calm, focused environment without distractions. The following sessions will be held via Zoom, allowing for deeper connection, reflection, and growth.

During your first session, your coach will review your comprehensive wellness assessment to help identify your strengths and the areas where you can grow. You’ll receive thoughtful, practical tips to help you achieve balance and improvement in every area of your wellness journey.

Optional recommendation: For a more complete understanding of your health, you may choose to complete a physical with your primary care provider before beginning your sessions.

🌱 Working Sessions

This is a transformative coaching experience designed to help you nurture independence, confidence, and long-term well-being.

You’ll meet with your coach weekly to set meaningful SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based) and reflect on your progress each step of the way.

Together, you’ll:

  • Explore your health challenges and identify areas for gentle improvement.

  • Receive our FREE 7-Day Break-Fast Guide (a $19.97 value).

  • Learn simple ways to blend your current habits with your new, plant-based lifestyle.

  • Review a TO-DO List to help you create a supportive, wellness-focused kitchen.

  • Develop a customized plan that honors your pace and supports your personal goals.

Your coach encourages you to bring a notebook or journal to capture inspiration, reflections, and new discoveries.

You’ll also receive four personalized homework assignments to deepen your understanding and support your progress. These assignments are reviewed together to celebrate your efforts and provide caring guidance along the way.

Please allow about 2 hours per day for completing assignments and nurturing your SMART goals.
If you prefer to move at a slower, more mindful pace, you may wish to explore our extended coaching programs, which offer the same gentle support over a 4–12 month period.
