🌿 What’s Included: Monthly Sessions

Overview
This program includes four private one-on-one sessions, scheduled monthly to give you space to grow and apply what you learn between meetings. You’ll also enjoy weekly email or text message access to your coach for ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability throughout your program.

Your first session will be conducted via telephone to ensure a calm, distraction-free environment. The remaining sessions will be held via Zoom, allowing for face-to-face connection and deeper coaching discussions.

Before booking, please be sure to download our FREE guide, which will help you prepare for your sessions and make the most of your experience.

During your first meeting, your coach will review your comprehensive wellness assessment to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. You’ll receive personalized guidance and wellness tips designed to help you raise your overall scores and begin building a healthier lifestyle.

Recommendation: Although not required, completing a physical exam with your primary care provider prior to starting your sessions is encouraged for a more complete wellness picture.

This package is designed to support a balanced and flexible schedule, perfect for those who prefer a slower, more mindful pace while still making meaningful progress.

You’ll meet with your coach weekly to review your progress and develop SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based) that align with your wellness vision.

During your sessions, you will:

  • Discuss your current health challenges and areas for improvement.

  • Receive our FREE 7-Day Break-Fast Guide (a $19.97 value).

  • Learn how to blend your current habits with your new, plant-based lifestyle.

  • Review a TO-DO List to help prepare your kitchen for whole-food success.

  • Create a customized plan to confidently begin your wellness journey.

Your coach recommends bringing a notebook or journal to each session to capture new ideas, reflections, and goals.

You’ll also receive four personalized homework assignments, each designed to deepen your understanding of healthy living and support your progress. Assignments will be reviewed and discussed during your sessions, helping you stay focused and encouraged.

Please allow up to 2 hours per day to complete your assignments and meet your SMART goals.
If you prefer a more gradual approach, you may want to explore our extended coaching programs, which offer the same caring support over a 4–12 month period.
